Processing & Fabrication

All products are made to order. Orders begin fabrication after checkout confirmation.

  • Processing time: Typically 5–10 business days

  • Production timelines may vary based on order size, customization, and production volume

  • Orders ship only after fabrication and quality inspection are complete

Processing time does not include transit time.


Shipping Rates

Due to the weight and size of our products, shipping costs are structured by order value.

  • Orders under $500: Free Shipping

  • Orders $500 and over: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery destination

We currently ship within the continental United States. Additional regions may be added at our discretion.


Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for all orders.

  • Select Local Pickup during checkout

  • Orders are available for pickup only after production is complete

  • Customers will be notified when the order is ready for pickup

Do not arrive for pickup until confirmation has been received.


Freight & Oversized Orders

Certain large or bulk orders may ship via freight carrier.

  • Freight shipments are typically curbside delivery

  • Liftgate service or special handling may incur additional fees

  • Delivery appointments may be coordinated by the carrier

Freight delivery conditions vary by location and carrier.


Delivery Timing & Delays

Delivery timelines depend on carrier transit times and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather or natural events

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout


Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and pickup information at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may incur additional charges

  • Changes to shipping details after production begins may not be possible


Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon delivery.

  • Damage or loss must be reported promptly after receipt

  • Claims may require photos of the product, packaging, and delivery condition

  • Original packaging must be retained for claim processing

Failure to report damage within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or claim resolution.
